  After being to two other veterinary practices over the previous two years, and being disappointed with the experience, we decided up try Paws Galore. We were extremely pleased with how our 10 year old cat was looked looked after. He is a big cat and finally he was accessed for his weight by his likely breed background and not just a generic cat weight. He was kept calm and examined thoroughly without being alarmed. I recommend this practice to anyone who really cares for their pet. It has two vets, so there is no risk of a multi random vet experience. Our expectations are shaped by a now retired vet who was exceptional. We have now found at Paws Galore a great new vet.

  Dr Phillipa and Dr Stewart are great vets. They are kind and caring and so good with all animals. The vet nurses are lovely and helpful. Fair and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this great team.

  My go-to Vet these days as recommended by my neighbour. Staff very warm, welcoming and cheery atmosphere. Good knowledge, responding to queries efficiently. Pup not happy about the cone but back to himself quickly after his procedure.

  The actual vet may be ok but the reception staff are rude if you're a male. Very stand offish. Left very clear instructions for the two dogs to have their op only to have them phone and question the instructions and then to hang up when they where asked what was it they didn't understand and then suggest I was being rude while they raised their voice and hanged up. Power play at its best. Then to phone back saying I was not allowed back to pick up the dogs after surgery.
  Anyone suggest a vet without power play receptionist. Not just friendly to female customers.

  Great place, cheap and affordable even has zip pay and vet pay, very friendly people working their, currently have my cat in at the moment and they are taking great care of him :) would definitely recommend their services
