  Really good for any guitar setups. The guys there actually listen to what you want and will give you help with anything you need help with. They know there stuff. I send my guitar students there because they won't convince anyone to buy something that isn't worth buying.
  
  They also won't try and make you buy something super expensive.

  Up until two small exchanges with what I assume is the owner/manager/senior employee over recent days, I would have highly recommended these guys, but based on recent experiences, my business will go elsewhere.
  
  I'm glad that you're superior to those around you, I hope it makes you feel better as you "educate" people around you rather than actually listening to people and making any sort of connection.
  
  You could learn a lot on how to deal with customers from some of your staff, up until now I'd been quite happy to spend the often quite a bit extra for local service with a smile, but if it comes to price and convenience with ATTITUDE, forget it.
  
  And here I was ready and willing to drop a lay by on the spot the last two visits knowing I'd be paying over a hundred bucks more than I could get it elsewhere, yet you couldn't even be bothered plugging it in and letting me have a look. Sigh, what a joke.

  Wicked local store with very friendly staff who definitely know their trade!
  
  They're very happy to let you have a go at all of their instruments and are quick to give you informative answers to any questions you have. Great range of gear, too.
  
  Just wish they'd stock Boss stuff. Perhaps sometime in the future? :P
  
  They're my go-to store for strings, oils, picks and just general browsing. Highly recommend.

  I couldn't recommend the Team at Southern Music enough! Seriously, nothing is too hard and they are more than willing to listen and help. I only go to the guys for all my Cole Clark needs, Strings or PA equipment for performance! thank you again for creating such a local institution.

  Always wonderful and friendly service. Very much looking forward to further visits.
  A great place to go if you are interested in lessons, if they don't have one any for the instrument you want they are happy to help you find someone.
